Love Home Health's Infusion program offers a care coordination team of specialized nurses, pharmacists, reimbursement representatives and a clinical coordinator, working under the direction of the patient's primary care physician.  Our clinical staff is available 24/7 for emergency support and consultation.

Trained, certified and licensed IV nurses provide high-tech infusion therapy and ongoing clinical monitoring for complex medical-surgical patients in the home, including line placements (PICC, midlines, and peripheral IV start/restart), central line care, phlebotomy, and patient/caregiver training with written instruction materials.

Love's infusion pharmacists monitor all prescriptions for potential drug interactions and side effects.   Our patient's laboratory values are closely monitored throughout the course of therapy.  All solutions and medications are aseptically compounded in a state-of-the-art clean room following the USP 797 guidelines.  Clinical pharmacists assess drug concentration, administration rate, and drug stability/compatibility to provide the most optimal, safe and convenient infusion therapy for our patients.
